All India Khadagvanshi (Kharwar) Kshatriya Mahasabha (hereinafter referred to individually and collectively as “the Mahasabha”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal data of all users, members, donors, beneficiaries, and visitors (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User”). This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, usage, disclosure, and protection of personal data obtained through the Mahasabha’s website, mobile platforms, digital interfaces, and services. Child Safety Standards

We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The Kharwar mobile application and related services do not allow any content, behavior, or activities that involve, promote, or facilitate the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Any such content or activity, if identified, will be removed immediately, and appropriate action will be taken, including reporting to relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.
